I chose the Set Menu $128/pp and I have to say it was worth every penny – the dishes were prepared delicately and presented artistically by Chef Justin Le. I especially loved the soft and succulent Scotch Fillet, grilled to perfection, and the beautiful and delicious Swan Dessert. "We came for early lunch around 11ish. The queue wasn't that bad. Lucky us. Ordered 4 dishes. 2 congee, which are free-range chicken and prawn. The congee is a must try for me. Is different from the Chinese congee. Congee full of flavour is not watery is the right amount of rice and water. Steam rice noodles with grilled pork. Noodles were silky and thin. When you deep it into the sauce, it was so good it soaked up the flavour of the sauce. Yellow sticky rice with braised pork. Overall, it was a nice lunch. The highlight for me was the congee."

I ordered the steamed noodle rolls with prawn and pork ($15). They were tasty! The rolls were slippery smooth with a slight chew to them. The dipping sauce was so well balanced in terms of flavour with no element of it overpowering the others. The dish also came with some fresh mint and lettuce as well as some pickled vegetables. All elements ate well together. I also liked the addition of fried shallots sprinkled over the top of the rolls and found it added a nice textural feel to the dish. My friend ordered the yellow sticky rice with free-range chicken ($15). It was tasty, too! Service was excellent. The restaurant is understandably busy, but service was very efficient, friendly, warm, and helpful. Staff were cheerful and working hard."

"The Mog Champ sends his regards. I've been to the Campsie one, today came here for brunch instead. The quality is about the same with both stores. This time I tried the yellow sticky fried rice which was also really amazing! Also had it with a cultural Vietnamese iced coffee and kumquat sugarcane juice - really refreshing! Service was quite quick, most of the seating is outside so it can be chilly if it's a windy day. The food is priced generously with the portions they provide, this won't be my last time having Banh Cuon as it reminds me of being back in Vietnam! Thanks for the brunch Banh Cuon Ba Oanh!
